The Wise King’s story is an amazing children’s tale. This story starts with a wise king who was both rich and witty. The king was curious, and he was constantly thinking of ways to improve the lives of the people around you.

The king would often go outside to see what the people in his kingdom were doing. One fine day, the king wanted to test the people in his kingdom, so he devised a plan. The king had planned on how to test his people. He then placed a large boulder in the center of a busy road right in the city’s market.
The king sat in one corner to disguise himself just so that he could see the people’s reaction. Everyone was busy in the market. People passed by the boulder, even though the boulder was standing in the middle of the market.
Nobody in the market paid any attention to the boulder in the market. No one even wanted to do anything about the boulder standing in the middle of the market. The king thought this was interesting, as no one paid any attention to the boulder in the market.
The king noticed that people were aware of the boulder but yet they decided to do nothing about it. After a while, a wealthy man noticed the boulder that had blocked his path and he yelled.
The wealthy man was angry and he said that the king only collects their taxes, but he does nothing with them. From the corner where the king was hiding , he heard the wealthy man’s complaint and he laughed. The wealthy man had no choice but to pass by the boulders with his assistants.
After a while, another wealthy man passed by the boulder, and he, too, blamed the king for only taking their taxes. The king was surprised as he watched the wealthy men behave. They all complained about the boulder but did nothing about it.
As the king watched everything from the corner where he was hiding, he saw a poor man. The man carried vegetables on his head and arrived at the spot where the boulder was. The poor man saw the boulder and knew that the boulder was disturbing people.
The poor man dropped his vegetables, and he started to push the boulder out of the way. The man pushed and pushed while sweating and panting. While he was struggling to push the boulder, nobody helped him. No one even bothered to look his way.
After a while of pushing, the man managed to push the boulder out of the way. To the poor man’s surprise, he found a purse under the boulder. The man took the purse, opened it, and was shocked to find lots of gold coins with a note.
The note stated that whoever removed the boulder would receive the coins as a gift. The boulder amazed the poor man by serving as a test that he had passed. They missed the reward because no one attempted to remove the boulder, and he was shocked.
The poor man picked up his vegetables and headed home happily with his gold coins. The man was happy because he knew that his days of struggling were completely over. Meanwhile, the king was happy that someone worthy had received the gold coin. This concludes the wise king story.
