The dove chose to assist the small and when it became obvious that he was dying. Then he instantly plucked a leaf from a tree and tossed it in the river near the little ant, hoping that the ant would use this as a tool to help himself.
Seeing the leaf, the ant immediately climbed on it and used it to reach the shore safely. The ant thanked the dove and told him that he would always be grateful to the dove for saving his life.
The story doesn’t end here. A few weeks later while the little ant was in the forest the ant saw a hunter with a gun. The hunter was aiming his gun at the dove and aimed to shoot his gun at the dove. Meanwhile, the dove was quietly sitting on a tree, unaware of the hunter. The ant acted quickly after realizing what the hunter was going to do. Swiftly, the ant ran to the hunter and bit him.
