The story of the sparrow and the elephant starts long ago with two sparrows who lives in the forest. The sparrow built a nest on a blackberry tree. Not long after the made their nest, the sparrows wife laid her eggs in their newly built nest.
The bird couple were very happy and the sparrow’s wife took very good care of her eggs. The sparrow and his wife were more than excited for their children to hatch. However, one fateful day, a huge elephant came closer to the tree where their nest was built.
The couple got scared after seeing the elephant. They were scared that the elephant would ruin their nest and so they decided to talk to him. The sparrows warned the elephant to be careful and try not to ruin the tree because they built their nest on it and laid their eggs.

The sparrows told the elephant that he should be careful because they were eagerly waiting to meet their kids. Despite their pleas, the selfish elephant didn’t listen to the sparrow’s plea and so the elephant continued to destroy the sparrow’s place.
The elephant ruined the sparrow’s nest and destroyed the eggs. This made the sparrow and his wife cry their eyes out and their friends pitied their condition and they came to help them. Their loss affected some of their friends, and they all planned to punish the elephant.
The friends of the Sparrows all went to meet the frog, who is a mastermind. People considered the frog one of the smartest animals in the whole forest. After the frog listened to their story, he then came up with an idea and he decided to deal with the selfish elephant.
The frog came up with a plan to deal with the elephant and he included his friends, the woodpecker, and the bee in his plan. His plan include that the bee would buzz in the elephants’ ears and then the woodpecker would then pluck the elephant’s eyes. After this, the frog would then complete the whole plan.
The next day, the animals searched for the selfish elephant and not long after they found the elephant resting under a mango tree. Then the day arrived for them to execute their plan. Soon, the bee buzzed around the elephant’s ear and he became annoyed.
The elephant lost control and he started panicking. Soon after the woodpecker also flew towards the elephant and he used his beak to remove the elephant’s eyes. The elephant was in an unimaginable pain. After crying for hours, the elephant’s throat was dry and he was looking for water.
After searching for hours, the elephant was desperate and couldn’t find any water. The elephant heard the sound of the frog and thought it was water. He went near the frog and followed him. When the frog entered the water, the elephant thought it was the lake, and he went into it. Unfortunately for him, the elephant fell into the ditch, and he died.
